The Winter Park/Fraser/Granby Building Department is committed to safeguard the public health, safety and the general welfare of the citizens and guests of Winter Park, Fraser and Granby.

The department accepts applications for new, additions, alterations and repair construction. We reviews plans, and perform inspections of all work for compliance with the 2006 Editions of the International Codes.

We have an Inspection Request line! To request building inspections just call us at (970) 726-8081 extension 620.

If you call by 10:00 am Monday through Friday, your inspection will occur the same day. If you call after 10:00 am, your request will be handled the next business day.

Effective May 2008 the 2006 Energy Conservation Code was adopted by the towns of Winter Park and Fraser. A copy is available at the Winter Park and Fraser town halls or the local library.
